Brief Summary: Revert the casino exclusion to just being unable to gamble.

Detailed Suggestion: Sometime late last year the casinos exclusion was changed to make it basically an invisible wall stopping people from going inside. I think that this has many negatives, such as stopping police/G6 from doing their jobs if there is an event at the casino or if a suspect runs into the casino. This also is just a massive break in RP.

The Pros: Will allow excluded people to attend the resort part of the diamond casino and resort, while also stopping weird RP interruptions.

The Cons: Dev time.

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? no.

Police, gruppe6 & nhs now bypass the entrance restrictions (since yesterday at 2pm)

This also is just a massive break in RP.

It doesn't break RP at all, the RP explanation for being unable to enter would be something along the lines of the security guards denying you entry since you are excluded

Ahh nice, my RP break thought is mostly just the idea of police chasing after a suspect and the security stopping them, but with the new change that is fixed pretty decently. Great to see
