Car and Product delivery's not working

When you go to delivery hub and go to the far circle ,where you can access the list of what car dealers and shop owners have ordered in, it doesn't come up with the long list any more all you can do is clock in as a delivery driver but not do any car or product imports. 

if you can sort this it will be great thanks
