Description of what happened:Skip to 16:23 for Captain Kill stealing vehicles in Green Zone and VDMing with them. NLR
What Rule Was Broken ?: Green Zone is a safe Zone, VDM, NLR
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Can't be found, was doing this all day.
