cant set profile pic on forums please help

so everytime i try and set a profile pic on the forums it keeps saying "failed to set new photo"

any ideas?

What size is the picture you are setting? I think it need to be about 200 pixel & around 25kb for it to work.

That happens to me and no, it isnt the size cos there is a different message for that

Are you trying to take it from the web or is it on your PC?

It does that to me as well I had a pic the other week and I changed the letters on it and now it doesn't work

this happened to me aswell, had my Facebook picture on, and wanted something funnier but it failed to set it

I have this issue with header image aswell, but i used gravatar for my avatar so it set it.
