Can't Send Wanted Criminals to Jail

I recently restrained my first wanted criminal and when I went to the bounty hunter HQ and attempted to send the guy to jail but there was no button on the left windows key menu and so I drove to the prison to see if I can do it there but no look so i drove back the athira police station but still no button. so my question is: is the bounty hunter system broken?

The ability for bounty hunters to send criminals is bugged. Therefore you take the criminal to a police station and hope that they pay you the bounty, or you don't play as a bounty hunter until it is fixed.
