Can't Sell Drugs to Dealer

Every time I try selling my meth or marijuana to the dealer it says "success" but I don't receive the dirty money in my inventory.

I've restared my game and PC numerous times and still get the same problem. I've attached the bug report of the error I get when selling to the dealer.
