Can't run and talk

I've been experiencing some issues for the past couple months where I try to run and talk at the same time but it does not allow me to, Has anyone had this issue before and if so have you fixed it? Would be much appreciated if anyone can help.

Remap push to talk button ingame. Go to settings, controls, multiplayer, push to talk (something like this) remap it to a key you don't use but is easy to access whilst running.

I highly believe it has to do with your keyboard. I experienced this when I tried to turn my laptop to a pc ( did not end so well, changed it back now. ) and I was using a old keyboard. After pressing Shift+W Capslock would not be functioning at all. Do you have a old keyboard ?

I'm gonna try remapping but its not that old, It's a standard keyboard
