Can't Post Pictures?

Hey guys! for some reason everytime I try to comment with a Picture it doesn't work. I can't upload pictures on my Forum Signature either. Could someone help?

(It says I can only post a Maximum of 0MB)

Use a external hosting site e.g. http://imgur.com/

That is what I used for my signature.

Hmm, @Sandjust to confirm you cannot even copy and paste a link from imgur into your signature from imgur or any other image hosting site?
