Cant Make post on unban appl

I am banned from teamspeak for no reason i take to a admin and mentor and thay told me to make a unban appl. but for some reason i cant make a post.

Steps:

1. At the very top of the forums click Create ( https://gyazo.com/14c63f5555cedde46c3afb44cf71ca1e )
2. From the drop down menu select Submit Form ( https://gyazo.com/0fa502129c4c06cababfd83aab66b94f ) 
3. Click on Un Ban Appeal ( https://gyazo.com/e74ccaedfd5f596c7382ff91cabb5e34 )
4. Fill the form and be patient
