Cant join server!

when i disconnected from server reset only server 1 is up and it is locked. When i double click it says this server is locked please help!

Update is taking place.. therefore the server will be manged until full... too many people connecting at once at the speed our members do will crash arma3server.exe

Once server 1 is full the same thing will happen with server 2
