Can't hear whispers

For some reason I cannot hear people whisper however they can hear me whisper?

Any help is appreciated

Yep tried with different people and definitely in the right channel

This is now resolved thanks for the help TomTheDoge and Robbie, for anyone else having trouble then disable the plugin called Cross Talk as this was conflicting with the whispers
