Cant Get Un-Perma Banned

So i have been banned for over a year and a half now and fully admit that what i did was wrong (breaking NLR). i applied for an un-perma ban appeal around 2-3 months ago but got denied as i had previously trolled on the website and team speak as i was annoyed at the time about other things and the perma ban turned me nasty which i apologise for. I really really want to play on this server again because if im honest there is no other Altis life like it. So i was wondering if there was a way to be un-perma banned despite it being denied?

Yes you can I am not sure about the detail but if you go to dispute ban you can go dispute Perm ban

Here are some of the forum communications to the mods who oversee unban requests :

 Permanent Ban Appeals

• If you have been permanently banned from our servers you may post a Permanent Ban appeal here
  
  
  Permanent bans are players who have had their appeals denied or have violated a rule that is without an appeal. 6 months must have passed from the date you have been banned in order to fill out this Permanent Ban appeal
  
  Exceptions might be made for good behavior in the community, however these exceptions are very rare, and are only reserved to those who show their loyalty and support to the RPUK community, and also have the support of other community members
  
  If you think you qualify for this exception you may talk to a support member and then in turn may speak with a staff member about it
  
• Management have final say on all Permanent Ban appeals
  

[*]If you have filled out a normal ban appeal, but do not qualify for it, you may be directed to file a permanent ban appeal

According to something I read a few weeks ago, Wilko who seems to personally oversee this matter says that there is no ETA for unbans/perma however Sunday is the general day that these are overseen.

Wilco doesn't generally interactive with the day-to-day running of the community on a 'public face basis' (work that we see; i.e compensation/reports/ban appeals/perma ban appeals) as he has stepped back a bit. The section of perma-ban appeals are headed up by FriendlyFireGuy and the rest of the management team (it is mainly FFG's domain as community manager.)

I have spoken to this individual on teamspeak and explained/helped with all that I can.
