Can't download modpack?

For some reason every time I click on the download link for the modpack it throws up a "Connection Refused" error. The reason I am trying to download it again is because my current launcher cannot connect to the master server. Any help on any of these subjects would be appreciated, thanks

Hello are you talking about the ALUK launcher? 

If so the master server has ben relocated and there has ben no update yet.

its unknown at the current time if there will come a update.

I use the mod of the launcher and combine it with the normal Arma launcher so i still have the benefits of the launcher.

I believe you need to find the local mod in your files.

as ALUK launcher already installs it, it should be in your mods folder

Got that bit, but now it shows this:

I think if you add it and then press play and join the server from the in-game server browser it works?

um.. i have ben looking in to it but it worked that way for me..

try to join the server with the arma 3 launcher and then see if you can use it later ?

its strange as it state's that its not allowed. im using it most of the time on the server.

I think if you add it and then press play and join the server from the in-game server browser it works? This is the solution. I tried it, you have to load the mod in the launcher, then click the regular orange play button. Then get the ip of the life server and enter it into direct connect - join it. It now should work. I'm afraid the above didn't work but thanks.
