Can't disable 2fa, need to reset pasword upon every login

Title says it all really, just recently came back to the forum but my 2FA key isnt working, I can access my account by resetting the password but when I navigate to 'account settings' to reset the password, I'm asked for the 2FA key, which obviously I don't have!

I guess this is a 'one-off issue' so doen't really belong in this space, but I don't know where to go or who to ask!
