Since I'm on my phone I can't really see this but are you in the medics? If not it's only whitelisted medics that can see it it's the same with police and their pages.(the people with the green nhs tag on the forums can see the nhs forums) 

If you are in the medics however do you have the green nhs tag on the forums? If not you would have to ask a cst+ I belive to get that sorted
