Cannot Sell Garage (Completed 21/01/2015)

Value of item/money lost: 250K (price that I'd receive if I were to sell the garage)
 
Quick description of what happened: Some time ago I was doing a bank job with other TI members, at the time we were discussing which house to store the gold at and via a mis-communication I thought that the house we were all standing near was the one, it turns out it was much further away and we were standing where we were because [TI] Andrej had bought the garage and was about to take out a truck. Anyway as I had one slot spare I bought the garage and then very quickly discovered we now owned the same garage. This wasn't really an issue until the recent change which has rendered garages as undesirable to me and I would like to sell it to buy another house. Except I can't as it's greyed out for me and Andrej
