Can we get a full explanation of the new rebel bored / police borders please

So the whole police cant enter the rebel area and they can "stand there and protect  there land is" , this is very confusing, any chance of a full explanation from someone in the staff. Thanks.

Not quite sure what you're asking - im not staff either.

But i believe the way the border works police wise is simply down to command.

 
The southern peninsula is marked as independent territory, not controlled by the British Government, and as such is not controlled by the police. We have no jurisdiction over that area as a police force. We can man the checkpoint and be proactive in stopping illegal trade into the area, however the police cannot cross south of the checkpoint without SI+ permission (for the timebeing).
 

From the rebel perspective, any group of rebels can claim that area and "tax" people to enter it or use any resources found inside it. That is why as you said, some will "stand there and protect" the territory.

Its so the guns etc not get on British land, to keep the rebel activity lower and the drugs out of the land

Its hard to setup anything as rebel because the only garage is in the popo land. Looking forward to the outpost to be fixed.

 
Nothing to do with the staff team.

This server has a long and proud history of the admin team not running the Police, you would need to approach the Police command to ask why your not allowed in "rebel land"

Was dealt with in the police meeting :)

 
In general:

Police control both checkpoints, rebels can however control them but will be quickly taken over by the police.

Police cannot go into the south peninsula (south of the 2nd border) without permission from SI+ but it is still UK land and we still have jurisdiction down there.
