Hello everyone.
I m going to speak in general. From my past gaming experiance here and watching some (report videos)i realised that alot of people get so occupated with trying to get somone banned/reported. Also ive came to a conclusion that people get some kinda of satisfaction if they get someone banned or reported. Yes there are rules on the server but noone is perfect eventyaly ull break a rule like it or not. So my point is guys, if someone breaks a rule and do u harm in game dont instantly freak out (OMG I GOT IT ON VIDEO HE GOING TO GET BANNED HELL YEA). Tell that guy to come on teamspeak try sort it out like gentlemen, tell him what he did wrong (dont yell OMG U GONA GET BANNED ANY LAST WORDS) just talk to him in a decent tone, tell him what he did wrong, tell him that is against the rules, call a mentor in the room, at the end ask for compensation (if u got RDM), be nice i dont think we want to be in a comunity full of hate witch ive witnessed. If u see that person break the rules again now this is the time to get him reported (this guy aperently didnt apriciate your good will of second chance). Don't be a bad person this is a simulator/reflection of your behavior in real life, do u rl want to be jealous / person full of lust / hater / hated.

Be an example. Maybe if u give a guy a decent intro and a second chance he will change the opinion for you maybe he will change the opinion to other people, maby u will give a good example for him in the future he will do the same to someone else and so on. 
Play the game and enjoy it people dont be full off hate and frustrations. Coz u wont be happy in life as i said this gives a ruff example what kind of person u are in real life.

To be honest, you have Gc Ted make a report about someone while he is breaking rules and saying ' oh all this hate given towards Gc' found it ironic how he said that while breaking some rules him self in middle of the video/report its self!

Wolf, we can safely agree that what you said in your first post, was complete and utter shiter ( I do not understand what you said atall)

 
What I think he was trying to say is GC Ted made a report, without trying to solve it while the video he used, showed Ted breaking rules.

Get your facts right before talking. Ted was kicked from Gc some days ago.

 
Not to stir some shite, his facts are right, Ted was still in GC at the time he submitted/time of the report.

I'm just saying. There's no need to mention an ex-Gc member to make a point about what we are talking at the moment. But that's not the point of the thread itself, so i'm sorry for bringing it up.

As a police officer, I've been threatened with bans from people in gangs, been rdm'd and been refused RP at everyone avenue I tried.

But I'll still be the first guy to go to a gang room and try to solve it, I'll still try to get people to surrender in the middle of a firefight, I basically crave RP from people who aren't other cops now. Unfortunately, it's gotten to the stage where, neither side will concede their faults, we as police officers need to give ye the chance to actually RP, we can't go into a situation with prejudice because of the gang. I try not to at all times.

Conversely, gangs need to give us the chance and maybe try to talk, instead of assuming that we'll just send you to prison/strip guns/scrap trucks. If you always want to firefight, because you want to win a situation, we'll slowly devolve into 0 RP on all sides, something I'd hate to see. On my recent police holiday I went a bit crazy the first few days then swapped to being a window cleaner, anyone who encountered me I hope they got a laugh, I saw what it was like when officers won't even give me a look to RP if I have no gun for them to take and by the same stretch, I seen when gangs won't speak to my unless they want to rob me or use me as bait. There is a dying breed of being willing to RP at this stage.

We need some serious change so we as a server, moving forward can try to work through this stupid impasse. The days of RP'ing weed as bibles need to stop and the days of cops not wanting to see a different side to RP as well.

i think i said ill speak in general from my past experiance we dont have to mention names here this is just a global msg to the people of this comunity.
