can not sign in through facebook on forums

So around 2-3 months I logged out from my MAIN forum account @SPC Asarid(Im not a cop anymore) to see if I could login with a password and not through facebook.

I have been in contact with the staff team but unfortunately they can't do anything about it, So one of them asked me to put my problem here and see if @Wilcocan fix my problem. 

This is the message I get when ever I try to login through facebook. 

The app is not configured : This app is still under development , and you do not have access to it. Switching to a registered test users or ask an administrator app permissions.

Im not sure if you @Ciaran can fix it aswell.

Facebook throws the following issue:

App Not Set Up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

Member in question owns the account @SPC Asaridhowever cannot login to it due to this issue. Is there any way to allow him to login without having to use facebook until this issue is fixed?
