Can I Run BF1?

So i could play the open beta in  my pc with legit frames adn preformence (not the best but playable)

adn now im checking the system REQUIREMENTS adn its looks like i cant run it ( i also used Can You RUN It and its saying i cant )

My Only Issue Is The CPU !!  I Have  i5-4670 CPU  3.40GH

So Any One Can Help Me?
can i run it and take the risk of my pc to blow up ?
is it gone blow up?
or i cant RUN it at all?

i have a even worse gpu and i runned it at 100 fps with highest settings on eveything its rather the garphics card
