Can i make a new Appeal

It all started on 06/29/2016 when both the server and the teamspeak server where being DDOSed i sent a message to a guy, named Vladic Ka, i said straight up to him 'CAN SOMEONE FUCKING FIX THIS' i was talking about the server getting DDOSed and what not as at the time i was getting very mad at it all i am very sorry for doing this and then Vladic said your 'Djucie' and 'your a duper' to me i said 'who is that?' and then he said 'you have the same ip of him' and then said your getting banned then i was banned form the the teamspeak for "Djucie,money duper." so i as this happens i get upset as i feel that i just got falsly banned and that i shouldnt be banned at all so i come to the forums where i talk to TomtheDoge about the whole situation and he tells me to change my appeal for swearing at someone out side of roleplay if i had been unbanned and rebanned for swearing out side of roleplay and i thought that he said just change it so i did that then a day goes past and my computer's fan stops working and my computer starts to over heat and lag to much for me to play so i take it back to get it fixed and at this i time i am now on my mum's computer and everyday since i have been banned i have been trying to get on the teamspeak andi try that day it dont work and then i play another game for the whole day and then the next day after that i get DDOSed by some i play with on the other games so my mum changes my ip by restarting my internet as it is a Dynamic ip this day was the 10/07/2016 and i try to do join the teamspeak and it works i get very happy and i start by joining my gangs rooms and they all ask if i am unbanned i said let me have a look and the appeal say's awaiting Neo and i think i should get off as this could be ban invading i didnt go on for 1 day and then because i knew that i could get on the teamspeak it kept on going around in my head and it made me want to join as i would have someone to talk to (This whole time i have been able to play arma 3 as i am on my mum's computer). So i join for a few continuous day and then someone joins my room and says Smartyj is that you your sposed to be banned and then bans me with out letting me say anything and then i get told to reappeal on the forums so i do and i got decinled and now i dont even know how long untill i can be unbanned i think its 6 months

this is telling everyone what has happened i want to know by a staff member of someone if i could redo my appeal as i havent done anything wrong exept join durning i was banned

You have already posted this exact post a few days ago and discussing bans in this way and specifically tagging staff members is not allowed.

As you have been denied already this would normally lead to a 6 month cooldown but if you believe you have any counter evidence you are able to post another appeal but only if you believe the ban was incorrect. Re-posting would also fall in line with bumping and the staff can therefore reserve the right to deny your appeal.

With all of this in mind, please don't repost this again and if you are unable to prove that the ban was false, do not be surprised if you remain banned.

Sorry the only reason i put this here was because i didnt know where to post it if i need to add proof that it was an invalid ban what do i need to provide

You are banned permanently. Reason: "Djuice. Money duper. "  This is a quote from my apps this was an invalid ban and even look on the Ban list under smarty it will say i was banned for this i am Not djucie and i dont even know who he is will i be able to use this as proof?
