Can I keep Police tasers?

If a police officer happens to have been 'arrested' by me and he turns over his taser, can I keep it? I'm aware it won't work for me, but I think it'd be a nice reward for successfully arresting the arrester.

Even if you did pick it up I would imagine it either just disappears or becomes a silenced pistol. I don't think there's a rule against it so I suppose you can.

It will still be considered as a silenced pistol, since a illegal attachment has been mounted on.
