I understand some of you wont care about this but do you think what im about to say fair or unfair that I got banned

When I was at the airfield a hobo got out his/her heli so I didn't stop to think and got out my gun and pointed It at him and said "get out of the chopper you have 5 seconds" I then began to countdown and when I said 2 he started flying of so I shot and killed him. There was no admin there at the scene, I was instant banned as the person I killed was in a TS room with a game admin which I can guess he told the admin and took his word for it without showing any evidence of the scene, I was banned for "Fail RP"

The reason I made this topic is because quite a few people I have spoken to have told me it shouldn't have been a ban, every time I make a ban appeal it gets denied because I have to "improve RP" but I don't think that Wilco or Neo properly understood the situation.

Thanks for reading comment your opinions below :)

Oh come on, at least try and be truthful.

5 seconds of checking the background story leads us to this thread: http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/34347-un-ban-appeal-matthew-sterritt-denied/

Where, i'll quote:

You got caught, ingame by an ingame admin. Brat decided you broke a rule and banned you, there is NO discussion about this, you don't get to call out for peoples opinions on this matter, it is a black and white case.
If you want to lie your way through to an unban go right ahead but don't expect pity.

My advice: own up, stop playing a victim of an "unfair" system and open a new ban appeal when you've accepted your mistakes.

Why would I waste my time telling lies? I don't believe I broke any rule because I gave the person time to comply and he didn't, it happened to me many of times and reports made by my friends were denied because I !didn't comply" why do people get more power over other people?

I am not here to discuss with you your ban, the explanation for which is found in the thread I linked above where the ingame admin who banned you clearly states his reasons.

Furthermore, why would you state here:

If in your own unban appeal the admin who banned you clearly explains what you did wrong and states that he was observing you.

Finally, it is not up to you or the community to decide if you broke a rule.
17A) Any decision the Admin(s) state is final.

This thread will not assist you in being unbanned (if that is truly what you are looking for).

If you wish to be unbanned, follow the process, understand the rules, be honest and most importantly, acknowledge the mistake that resulted in your ban.

I dont want to sound mean, but as edgar has pointed out, the Admin's decision is final. They've even stipulated that if you improve your RP they'll unban you. So try improving, get on TS and speak with a mentor, see if they can help you improve your skills, RP a few scenarios with them, work on improving yourself. Then you can open another appeal, cite the mentor that's helped you improve and see if they'll give you another chance.

And again i dont want to sound callous - but if you don't like the decision the amdins have made about you and don't think you have any improvent to make - they're not forcing you to stay here.

And if you do get back on - it's not all about guns and robberies. Try some actual RP scenarios, PLAY with your fellow citizens. If you're driving and you see someone broken down, stop and RP some help with them, rummage for your toolkit, examine the damage to their wheel hub or suspension but you used to be a mechanic and can fix it for them to help them out (or a small fee to cover your cost even).

The admins take the RP of the community very seriously, they want you to improve so you, and other players, can have a more immersive and fun experience :)

I have been playing on another RP server for 3 weeks now and Wilco says 3 months and I got banned on the ts server cause my mic wasn't plugged in and made an echo sound and it was "trolling"
