Can bounty hunters go off duty?

In the server rules it says that bounty hunters must wear their uniform at all times. Let's say for instance they want to go "off duty" and not arrest people just wear civilian clothes and relax on the beach, are they allowed? Because wearing it at all times usually gets them kidnapped or shot with poor rp even if they pose no threat for simply being a BH.

Only have to wear it when on duty. You can go off duty and shoot people if you like. Just don't Bountyhunt with a bounty
