Okay so I'm thinking of buying a house but I need to know a few things first?..

If I buy a house can I store items in it such as weapons, ammo, clothing,fak's, gps ?

Can I also store items such as salt, weed, meth boxes ect...?

Also, can I have a kind of garage near my house so I can get my car out my garage without having to go to a city? 

Last, how easy is it for someone to break in...I mean I don't want to pay over 100 for a house and then 75k for a licence for my house to get broken into and everything stolen in 15 seconds.? 

 
1. You can buy a storage boxe for that

2. Same as above, the storagebox will also let you store  Y items

3. You can buy a garage if you find one

4. Its easy to break into houses, all you need is a bolt cutter, hard part is finding houses. But houses can only be robbed when the ownerer is online.

when you buy a house you will also have to buy storage boxes, their is 2 typres of storage your "I" items and yout "T" items

"I" items are your weapons clothing fak's etc and the "T" is your salt drugs etc, the more storage boxes you have the more you can store.

you can buy a garage to get your vehicles out but you can not get trucks out only small vehicles, trucks can only be taken out at commercial garages.

my house has never been robbed, but it is relatively easy to do they buy bolt cutters and go around checking to see if the houses are owned, they can only rob your house while you are online and you get no message saying it is getting broken into.

so I suggest buying in a very remote area with low traffic to keep your house relatively safe.

 
Yes you can store items in the house (Y and I items).   You need to buy a storage box for this however.

I'm not sure about a garage. @Samatlewissknows everything about everything so maybe able to input here :).

And it is pretty easy to break into the house.  All they need to do is walk up to the house and use bolt cutters on the doors.  However, you need to be online for this to happen and you get a message pop up on screen. 

If anyone reads this and I'm wrong about anything, please reply and let me know :)

Just abother quick one, do I have to purchase a house with a little garage bit on the side to be able to get access to a garage ? (If you get me) or can I buy a tiny house and still be able to have a garage somehow?

no houses and garages are purchased seperately, garages cost £500,000 each.

You can buy a house from 250k-500k or from the auction on the forums for more cash.

Different houses can have different amount of crates. For example a two story house may be able to have 4 large weapons crates which you buy from the market at 200k ea I think. Smaller crates are like 100-150k (I haven't bought or used a house in months).

Some houses can't have storage crates and are only used for spawning. Such as my shack near the peaches field.

You can store literally anything in your houses. I and Y inv items illegal and legal alike. 

all someone needs is bolt cutters and they're in your house. Or you leave the door open and that's half the job done for them. I'd suggest a remote location for a house to be honest.

You can buy garages however not all garages enable vehicle spawning and as previously stated you can only spawn vehicles like sports hatchback/hatchback/pick up/go kart.

If you can find a house for 250k let me know?

large storage boxes are 150k each

I suggest to only buy the large ones as you can not store much in the smaller ones
