wont be hard to do, just run around an area you would like a house and check them all 

 
It depends why you want the house. You could get a helicopter and buy the cheapest house at Oreokastro... far away from everything and maybe one day it would be priceless cause the area has nothing of importance now, but it could be possibly be developed, one day :)
