Buying firearms / miltary gear

How would that work? New to the server and have been robbed like 4x already.

For pistols you buy a firearms license. For illegal weaponry you need rebel training, which costs 500k. For even heavier weaponry you'd need another license costing 10 million.

Military gear, like vests and camo clothing also go under the Rebel Training.
