buying a business building

hi my name is Sean I'm just wondering and looking into running my own business, I've seen two building what I'm  interested in.

there one building next door to exotic motos which is empty. 

and the car dealer ship near the city hall called luxury motors. 

im really want to run my own busniess with my friend and just need to know how to go about it.

I'm not sure which building next to AutoExotic you're referring to but Luxury Auto is already owned  CoC will usually advertise when businesses are up for sale through them, other than that, it's up to current shop owners whenever they want to sell
