busting people out of jail

Just wondering if your friend gets sent to jail. can you bust him out with a chopper? or is that not aloud. just getting a grip on all the rules so my bad if i ask any stupied / repeated questions . dont wana do anything that can get you ban as i finally found a server i want to settle down for a long time

and also are rebel cars with the gun on the back are they aloud. i reamber reading up somewhere you can get ban for using it but just wana double check

Busting someone out of prison is allowed but an illegal activity and you may be sent to prison if caught.

Armed off-road is allowed but is also illegal to drive around and you will be stopped by police, using the gun only in RP situations not just RDMing every person/car you see.
