How am I meant to officially be a bus driver if I have a bus driving license already.

The bus system, to do this grab a license (which you have), marshal costume and an black IDAP cap (from Ross Hugo) and a mini bus ( transport van) From motors in Kavala, go to nearest bus stop and if i remember correctly you press windows key whilst sat in the vehicle at the bus stop , you will then be told to travel to the next bus stop on that route , windows key at each stop to collect your payment. 

You must be using the transport van and wearing the correct uniform and hat otherwise it will not work 

Its also worth using OOC chat to advertise that you are active as a bus driver, some people may come and use your bus service and you can also charge them a fare  and get some fun roleplay.
