Bumping

I need to edit something on my ban appeal, as I forgot to quote, would this be seen as bumping 19 hours after

You are allowed to edit your appeal, however making a new comment on it is not allowed and is seen as bumping. Even says so in the ban appeal process.

Also how would i Quote a rule 

So do you have to retype it or can you imoport it

You do not need to use the quote system instead copy whatever it is you need and wrap it as a quote as such "This is a quote" (Basically use quotation marks), Also refrain from making random "test" threads as well it is un-needed.
