I have been on Altis for 2 years, but i have never known is building PC's gonna be worth it and how would i do it?

PC building pays a lot but takes a long time to do. If you’re looking for how to make the components/ the computer and how much you can make etc, you’ll be able to find out by popping to the PC factory or checking the relevant values on Y-menu tablet.
