Before i Beginning giving my reasons why i think YR should come back i would like to be at least heard out i am aware of the amount of related topics however i want to tell the community why it should be brought back. ( I would appreciate your own personal opinion and to fully read my points)
I have many Reason why the young Recruits should come back:
1) In this community many of the audience are under 16 and so many of them cant join a white listed. Is this fair to restrict under 16 from joining a white listed faction while it has been seen in the past that these Young Recruit were one of the best people in a faction and did/are high ranking because not only are they having fun in the community ( unlike being rebel for how many years till there 16 because eventually it gets repetitive ) meaning they were very active but also allows them to learn new skills that will help them in the future for example an interview (which is stressful). so i hope you see that its not only a game for a few, its the opportunity to learn skills and be able to see the world after school.
2)Another reason is the freedom for everyone to choose what they want to do and the freedom to play any role weather its police/medic/rebel/civilian or cartel instead of being left out due to there age ( which personally i find pretty insulting ( explain why later on)) the server should allow us to join any factions we desire and maybe Requirements introduce for young recruits to pass to be fully instated in a faction and allow current officers/NHS to leave other than being worried they cant join back until there 16. Do you think this justified to worry people who are under 16 about a game and later if they have left a faction to regret it in only a few months like myself luckily for myself am in a gang but others are on there own on your server trying to join gangs which may not allow them to.
3)Like i said before i find this personally insulting and here is why. many young recruits are more mature then over 16 members and yet we are the ones being restricted from a server. Another thing is a few of them are now in high ranking positions like myself before i left and many are beginning/ thinking of lying about there age to get in a faction just because there age doesn't allows them and risk being found out and banned now that is why i find this very insulting although i am a your recruit and i may take this different to others the truth is its a Role play server and people should be aloud to choose what they want to do when they come on YOUR server.
I would like to thank you for hearing what i have had to say and i hope there's chance management may reconsider there choice after this.
