Brian (Action: Ban Issued 19/02/2015)

Description of what happened: Brian here told me to put my hands up multiple times, but I couldn't hear him due to my teamspeak communications, I tell him my com chatter is too loud, and I switch it off to listen. He then tells me again to put my hands on my head or he will shoot me, I brush it off and think he's just being silly 'cos he doesnt have a weapon out. Then when he pulls it, LOOK VERY CLOSELY at the side chat, Kha Zingo kills me, even though he never talked to me. 
 
Brian then proceeds to loot my corpse, take my bag and my clothes.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM + Exploiting
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No.

Its not a RDM ... They were probably together. And he did ask you to put up your hands so ...

And cause Kha zingo shot doesnt mean he RDMed . And he didnt exploit either . That would be a report on only Brian , Unless you have proof of Kha zingo exploiting .

If Kha Zingo was within 200m (A.K.A direct coms range) then he should have said something to me, otherwise it is a blatant RDM. If he was playing with Brian, another option would have been for Brian to tell me that he had another main in the area aiming at me and would kill me if I didn't comply.

I've been trolled enough by hobos, when one runs up to you UNARMED and tells you to put your hands on your head, you just safely assume it's another hobo being daft. And I shouldn't have to comply to a man who isn't a danger to my life.

Well, we decided Brian would talk to you and I would have a clear shot on you. You didn't coöperate and we shot you. Having ts3 on is no excuse for not hearing things in game.

Report rejected, are you serious? At the end of the video you can CLEARLY see he is using the inventory glitch to see into my inventory and swap my bag with his, he even does it. Watch as his bag replaces mine, his then appears on my back, and mine is now on his back.

Watch the kill feed, KHA ZINGO kills me. At no point does Kha Zingo talk to me, or even appear in the video, he's nowhere to be seen.

Your video cut of so quickly at the end there, I have to wonder if you combat logged or whatelse, it was that quick, I missed it as at that point i'd switched out of fullscreen. Also, in regards to the one that killed you, you were not paying attention to anyone around you, they are most lkely togther, and you failed to comply with their demands..
