- So Manny People Are Breaking The Rules -

I have been role playing all the time in the server and just say if I rob someone they done value there life Why people are not following the rules

- Also police are breaking the rules not role playing removing bounties for no reason

This is supposed to be a RP server Please everyone follow the rules.

So a situation like:

"Sir I killed someone in self defence"

"Ok I will remove your bounty" (obvious with more questions, you get the rough idea).

I don't know what you mean by this

You're really not explaining yourself at all here........ Even with Voltz asking you questions it's like trying to get a conversation out of a lamp post.

If there's an issue, give some detailed information on it and it can be brought up internally within Police meetings etc... you just giving 1 word answers and not giving any details to the issue at hand wont help anything.

You are talking about rules. 

The rule regarding valuing a persons life comes in at very different scenarios. To some people someone may not ahve valued their life, however they may have ahd friends/colleagues nearby. If someone can take a risk to keep their stuff and stay alive unharmed then i'm damned sure some people will take it. If they get completely surrounded and are alone, then yeah they probably shuldn't run. People make mistakes, judge situations wrongly. Just look at it from a different perspective (I am not saying people never value their lives and you shouldn't be pissed at it)

With regards to police willy nilly pardoning people, you would need evidence and to take it to the PCC/ Their senior if this is happening. (CSO>PCSO Both answer to >PC+ Who answers to SPC>SGT>DSGT>INS>DI>CI>SI>CSI. (rank structure). I am sure people give a valid and good role play scenario regarding their bounty and the officer believes/feels nice enough to let them off. Possibly even make them sing/ do something  silly for a lower/pardoned ticket.

Additionally to what @Jamzhas said, you lack detail/evidence/justification and it just makes this look like a moan rather than a genuine concern for officers/players not following rules. Please add detail/evidence/explain/justify in your next response @Charli3FTW.
