The video below is of The Red Mafia now know as "Altis Cartel" executing a rebel member of a rival group. We are not sure of the time or place this was taken but it shows that this cartel is more ruthless then initial reports indicated

This is just one of the many to be released by the famous group that is on Altis - Everyone please be aware of this cartel and keep your heads on a swivel

We do not understand what part 1 means but we are guessing that there will be more to come and more gruesome then this!
