Breaking in houses with boltcutters still possible ?

It is possible but requires the house to be owned and for the owner to be online. Bolt cutters are purchasable from any market for £7,500 and are reusable. You can also break into gang bases and the gallary with bolt cutters too.

Thank you, I use it by opening the Y menu and press use after selecting it right ? 

I thaught they removed the option to break in because i ussed to get a message that i can not break in because the person is offline.
