Description of what happened: We started following a wanted tempest, which turned out to be stolen, around Kavala. To get away from the police, he decided that it was a good idea to VDM two police officers. For some reason my recording got corrupted, so you cannot see the rest, where he rams it into another vehicle, causing both to blow up and kill everyone around the kavala square ATM machine.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Wasn't on TS.
