Aaah here we are again! Braun Enterprise just invested in the most beautiful and useful house on all of Altis! Hey and guess what? We are selling it off. This house is located in the lands of the UNMC, in fact if you buy this house you will be their neighbours! Oh my goodness, who doesn't want to be neighbours of the UNMC?! Now, this house is about 1,4km away from the so called Blackmarket . However I do not recommend going over there to buy your illegal weapons no,no,no,no! They are way to expensive you should check out Braun Enterprise Weapons Dealer! Much more cheap and reliable guns! Mh MH MH Infact, the stocks just got updated! Woop woop. Anyway, house. Time for some lovely pictures so you can see how amazing this house is.​

WOW! isn't she a beauty!? and look at that view you got! Right down to the lovely ocean! Damn! Who doesn't want this house? even the UNMC is all over this house, even invited @Peanutcat @Mecidon and @Mahula over for a cup of tea! They sure loved it! Plus, not only did they praise my good looks but also the house. How nice of them! Now now, I know what you're thinking "But Genius Martin? Can it even fit a storage box?" Oh, my good sir. YOU are the storage box! If that isn't pure genius I don't know what is. Probably the next question you would ask is "O'Lord Martin, Do I have to walk to Sofia to get a car?" Oh, My good sir. No you do not! You can use UNMC's Garage to not only pull out your vehicles but also helicopters! Wow! my friends, this house will change your life on Altis forever. I know there is a few holes in the roof that's why I'm starting the Bid low. Here we go!​

Yes, I can confirm the UNMC were impressed by the beauty of that house. They were so excited that they tried to sneak in after Martin locked it just so they could see the inside once more. And they also took a lot of interest in the windows, they were staring at those for ages! Besides they went that far to call the house an artwork a couple of times! Safe to say that the UNMC members he invited to his house definitely recommend this piece of art.

To respond on @Mahula accusing my boss of being a fraud I'm offended! How could you say such things to one of the great founders of Braun Enterprise! I've worked for this company for years and never have I ever seen these men commit fraud! Shame on you Mahula for throwing out lies like that, didn't think you'd stoop that low! I can assure you Braun Enterprise is a 100% legit business and never lies or betrays those they do business with.

You need at least 1 life time border pass xD or is the UNMC also planning to place 1 small checkpoint 5 meter away of that house? :p
