Description of what happened: There was a crash in Kavala and a player died. I witnessed Brandon and his friends looking at the body. Brandon took a backpack and pistol from the body (not sure if he or his friends took anything else). I had looked on the ground before Brandon got there, there was no pistol so he must have taken that with the backpack.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1A) Cheats, scripts or hacks of any kind are not allowed. Even those who are not considered harmful, like graphical enhancement utilities.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Immediately after it happened I typed in direct chat to talk to him. I explained that he broke a rule and asked if he would talk and he said no. I texted him and his friend as well as asking on sidechat if they were on TS. His friend replied telling me he would try to get him to respond but he never did. I eventually ran into him again and pulled him away to talk to him about it at which point he told me (among other things) to F off.

PS- He switched the backpacks one or twice more than in the video but my friends on skype are singing a song about a man and his lovely "chode" so I thought I'd just show you the one part when they were quieter
