Time & Date this happened: 1/30/2015 Not long after the midnight restart for the server
 
Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
 
Description of what happened: He had been staying around the HQ for quite some time anytime anyone drove up in a car he would try to use the time people's cars were unlocked while exiting to hop in and drive off the second time he actually managed to steal a truck I was able to disable it and drag him out. While I was processing him for the theft he logged after I gave him the first ticket
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I was unable to get in contact with him
