Firstly use the right template if you're reporting someone and also put it in the right place -

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
Now for the reasons this isn't at all RDM:
- You have cut out the part in which I personally told you to leave the area or I would shoot you. You didn't leave the area so I shot you.
- You are dressed in full rebel gear and drove a hemtt through the bank which gives us a fair assumption that you are trying to rob the bank that we are already robbing. When we get up onto the hill you've turned the hemtt around and are facing back to towards the bank giving us further reason to suspect that you are going to try and attack us at the bank. (Obviously looking at the video )
- You were arguing with people pointing guns at you, in RP you'd be scared for your life and apologetic in order not to be killed which as we can see is how the situation turned out.
 
I'd also like to point out that you somehow recognised me in a full face mask and said that I owe you money, don't know what you're talking about there but sounds like you read the name above my head to me...

I didn't cut anything out, just recorded the last 5 minutes of gameplay (using ShadowPlay) and even if I recorded longer you never said to me that I should leave or you would shoot me. Someone else told me to leave (and that's all he said) and I did. Also you can see in the vid I was turning my direction in order to see if the guy on the quad would follow me (which just so happened to be in the direction of the bank, but also the main road...), which is also why once I crashed I stayed in my car and watched him drive by... And you still didn't have to kill me because I was complying to the demands of you guys, just asking questions. And I would have to be out of my mind to think that I would be able to go back to the bank, kill all of you, and get away... And lastly, I said "I know you, you owe me money" only to try to change the subject of me dying and hopefully get away alive, but you felt the need to just shoot me on sight so...

 
You drove through the bank in your hemtt, I said leave right now or I'll kill you. You didn't leave the area so I killed you simple as.
