Description of what happened:Well as you'll see on the video I was just talking to some civilians and impounding a car and then out of nowhere this lad comes and VDM's us. He then attempts to run away although is stupid enough to circle round and act like nothing happened. anyway later on when we get to the HQ I was a second away from sending him to jail when he combat logs. Ouch..
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM (VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for run is banable and considered VDM) And Also Combat Logging.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: In game text but had no reply.

the video has had to be edited due to me ending the video because I had a notification from fraps telling me to be aware of how large the file was getting. However you can clearly see what happened in the clips provided.
