The bounty hunter license is meant for people who want to arrest criminals without being an officer. As a bounty hunter you must go by the law and not break it. The bounty hunter goes after people with bounty's on their head and arrests them. If you want to be a rebel then you can either buy your guns safely at the UNMC border with a slightly higher price point. You can also buy weapons for a cheaper price in the red zone which is a kill on sight zone. It is fair. It is completely your fault for not reading more closely about it and knowing what it is.
