If you have a bounty hunter licesne but you are off duty doing illegal things and you are caught by the police do you still have your license?

Oh ok, i didn't do it but i was just wondering.By the way if your bounty is red you go to jail and if it's white you only get tickets?You don't loose it if you get tickets right?

Can go to prison for anything. Getting sent to prison for anything will lose you the license.
if the bounty exceeds £100,000 by laws broken according to the police handbook then you will go to prison, if the officer decides that's the best course of action.
if your bounty is for attempted theft of 5 cars, your bounty might show as £125,000 which is wrong, as according to the police handbook it is lower than that (I'm tired and can't remember the prices) therefore st the officers discretion he/she will ticket you the advised amount according the handbook or lower but never higher.
