Description of what happened: Today iv been out role playing that i am cleaning cars and peoples hands.
And wile i was in Kavala "cleaning" a red SUV which i had no intention to steal only to rp i was cleaning it has it was dirty. a bounty hunter suddenly shows up coming from bounty hunter HQ, wen he comes over i ask him if there is a problem he state its hes car and i try to explain i was trying to clean it up since it was so dirty, wile explaining i move a little bit around and he knocks me out and put me in cuffs.
he then put me in hes car and drive around a little bit in Kavala before he takes me down to the station were i then try to yell for cops to help me, he then sends me off to prison without really even considering to RP (most likely because i am not in any "expensive" clotting.
If i really wanted to steal the car i would have just unlocked it and drown of has i had keys.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 7C for: failed RP, the way he handled me and that he refused to listen and that he did not have any intention on letting me talk to the cops wen i did yell for them makes it believable that he saw my name and wanted my bounty.
7D for: has they are not above the law, wen someone request a cop to come talk they should not send you off before the cops even get a chance to react
7C) Bounty hunters may not metagame (see metagaming rules - Punishments apply). You must use role play to ask for the persons name, however they may not be truthful to you due to your uniform. We will list some of the many possibilities of roleplaying this below.
- Hire a civilian friend or recruit some hobos to approach people and ask their name.
- Ask the person to kindly stay there while you call the police to your location, or ask if they will come to the police station with you if you have reason to believe they are not who they say they are (nervous voice/acting shady). It is important you do not restrain them for this.
- Follow them until you hear them say their name to someone, or someone calls them by their name.
- Speak to civilians if they have seen or spoke to a certain person today and their last known location.
7D) Bounty hunters are not above the law, therefore they must listen to Police officers, Unlike bounty hunters, police officers do not get the bounty money. Therefore if they give instructions, they are doing it for everyone's best interests and not their own.
