Am I allowed to say things like 'you match the picture I've got of a wanted man' or does this count as meta gaming?

As a bounty hunter I had my many many struggles of getting bounties, almost everyone have a fake name and there was nothing I could do about it. YES! You can do this! However! Say to them "excuse me sir, I've got a report of 8 wanted citizens, and you seem to match the aesthetics of citizen 5, I'm going to have to take you down to the police HQ For identity confirmation sir". That is completely within role play rules, no matter how much they moan and say "oooooo I'm reporting youu for metagaminggg" ignore them. And if they run away, then obviously there is something fishy going on, and then you can role play into it more. Just make sure you STICK TO RP. No one likes bounty hunters, it was a pain in the ass being one, takes a lot of patience, and it is very rewarding when you get an arrest. However, people can be Cunts, they will try anything to get out of it. However, I have a few tips but I won't burn your eyes with 7 more paragraphs of text. It sucks but without a bounty hunter revamp this seems like he only plausible way to do it (for those who have just started)
