Description of what happened:
I was in Kavala and I was playing around with a bounty hunter(Ser Barristan), I lost the bounty hunter when a different bounty hunter (Flair) ran me over with his car (so RDM) and randomly started knocking me out for about 2 minutes, by now the other bounty hunter turned up and started to defend me as he would not leave me. At this point I was on 5% food and water. he taken me to bounty hunter HQ and said my name and said thanks for the 30k. First how did he know my name with out meta gaming, after I checked with the other bounty hunter (Ser Barristan) and he said that he had no idea why he was doing that because he didn't even know my name... so he must have meta gamed I kept asking for food and water, he just kept saying tough. I managed to get out of jail and I legged it to an ATM to bank my 170k from my last set of drugs I sold, but I died right at the ATM. So I re-spawned in Kavala to talk to the bounty hunter(Flair about how he broke RP), I found him and he ignored me and just ran me over several times before just driving off without saying a word. I then ran into the old bounty hunter (Ser Barristan) and I spoke to him in privet and he said that Flair must have meta gamed (just as I thought). He told me if I report him he will back me as that was unfair what he done and how I died because of him and lost around 170k. And right at that point Flair ended up leaving the game. So in short Flair meta gamed and made me died as he did not let me get food or water or give me food or water and left me to die and loose around 170k (I'm alright with loosing the cash. I don't need it back but its more the meta gaming that pushed my button)

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes I tried talking to him but he just ran me over several times with his car and drove off with out saying a word.

Unforchantly I have no evidence of this but Ser Barristan said he will back me on this as he saw how unfair it was and how Flair also broke RP. (Ser Barristan also done as much as he could when Flair kept knocking my out and running me over but he just ignored me, Ser Barristan and 2 cops.)
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
