If I meet someone who has been on the wanted list before, and get their name, I'll take out my binoculars and take a picture of them, and tell them I'll remember them should they ever end up on my list. It's rather useful for people who end up on the list frequently. 

Watch out. That is against server rules / can be against server rules. They are a new person if they die. You are a new person as wel when you die, so you don't remember their faces/don't have their photos anymore.

I always thought that it was the events that lead up to your death. If that's wrong I guess I'll have to stop my practices... </3
