i don't see the bounty list tho i'm very confused its my first day as a bounty hunter

i have everything for the bounty hunter but no wanted list it dose not even show up for me at the HQ
I'm not a bounty hunter myself so if I tag in a bounty hunter hopefully they can shed some light on the issue.
@Vento You have any ideas? Where is your list?

it might be bug because i can see it but it dose not stay open for me to look at even at the HQ it just dose not want to stay open i have a 1/4 of a sec to see but idk the lettering is all weird

Restrain = SHIFT + R (You have to stun or knock out him before you can use restrain function.)
Restrain/Unrestrain = WINDOWS KEY
Escort/Stop escorting = WINDOWS KEY
Put in vehicle/Pull out = WINDOWS KEY
Jail = WINDOWS KEY

You can not open wanted list anymore from Y menu, you can only access it at bounty hunter HQ. As said above, remember to write them down before you leave HQ and update it densely. Bounty hunter licence is not worth of 2,000,000 pounds anymore.
When you play as bounty hunter prepare to experience poor role-play especially with wanted civilians and be ready to defend yourself with lethal weapon. Some times wanted person and his friends start shooting on sight without saying a single word after you have said you are a bounty hunter and you would like to talk with them. In many cases they threat you with forum report because: you can not tell them what they are wanted for, you can not use "invisible(RP) bounty hunter contract" as evidence, we have no right to take anyone without their own consent or right to restrain them for "interrogation" (we do this for our own safety). Last but not least; if you need police assistance, do not trust them even if they say they are coming because what I can tell you from my experience even if they say they are on their way they are not coming and even if you only send them a text message to ask if some one is still wanted or not you will not get answer.
Suggestions:
- Add 2nd bounty hunter HQ to Athira
- Wanted persons crimes must be visible
- Rule page should include bounty hunters rights

Good idea but poor implementation and players reluctance to roleplay makes your job almost impossible. Most of the times you will find youself at middle of random gunfight between you, wanted person and his friends. Because you can not stun unwanted civilians you need to use lethal weapon (pistol) to defend yourself and usually die.
As soon as you start a conversation with probably wanted person who you found by chance, following leads or matching persons face and the information on the information and photo on the contract(RP) he starts to behave aggressively (which confirms your suspicions that you are talking to wanted person, why else he would behave like that) and meta game. Most of the times he will silently call back up via teamspeak or group chat and because you have to drive up to Kavala there is armed guys or trolls waiting for you or they will come to rescue him guns blazing earlier.
The answer to your question is YES, if you dont want to die all the time, discuss with trolls, experience really poor roleplay and listen to forum report theats. My answer is based on mine and my friends experiences as bounty hunters.

You're spot on. Bounty hunting is absolutely pointless. I've wasted £2million on the license. I worked my ass off to get the £2mil only to find bounty hunting is seriously restricted, boring and pointless.
Myself and a fellow bounty hunter just tazed a guy then his mates showed up, told us to put our weapons down and we're left helpless. Rubber bullets do nothing against unwanted civs.
We've tried waiting around on the road for petrol station robberies but the police show up and arrest the robbers anyway. There is just no point.
Would it be wrong for me to ask for my money back? It's a total waste and I'd rather invest it in something more worthwhile.
